1. Download the CSV template below.  

2.  Open the CSV template and add all customer email, mobile number, first name, and last name to the CSV file. Make sure to follow the format.  

3. Once you have added all contact details to the CSV file, save the file as a CSV. This is very important. Some applications might convert CSV to XLS so make sure to review and check the file type you're saving to. 

4. Go to Get Reviews and click on Add Recipients > Add Multiple. 

5. Enable Smart Routing if you want your customers to get automatically routed to your business page that needs more reviews and higher rating. 

6.  Click on Browse to search for CSV file that you just updated. Click Send Request button.
